Tuesday: Lower body & Strict Pull-ups + WOD
Wednesday: Light conditioning WOD (6:30 pm Bring a Buddy class!)
Thursday: Snatch complex + Strength work
Friday: Bench press + Upper body
Saturday: Benchmark / Conditioning
Sunday: Clean & Jerk (1RM) + Accessory strength
