Where Do I Download The 604 App?

Download the free “Zen Planner” app for the appropriate device and log in with your 604 account. Use this app to book classes, appointments, attendance stats, workout stats, update billing info and more! As soon as you sign up you’ll be sent these download links via email.

Where Can I Access My 604 Account?

Everything regarding your account can be accessed through the App. See “Where Do I Download The 604 App” above. Use the credentials you created for your account on sign up. Alternatively, you can log into your account from our Zen Planner portal website here. It’s ugly as hell, but it works.

What Are 604 Rewards?

Referrals
For every new member you refer you’ll get an extra month added to your membership for free (minimum 6 months). Your referral must mention you by name. Email us for verification.

Virtual Gift Card
A $100 Virtual Gift Card is redeemable at sign up for first time memberships (min 6 months). So if you refer someone, tell them to ask for their $100 off! This ensures they name you as their referee and gets them $100 off their first membership! **Only redeemable at sign up. $100 is applied to the final payment of 1st membership. Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

***If a referred person defaults on their account, they will no longer count as a referral and rewards will be removed.

How Do I Book My Onramp/Private Training Sessions?

If you have purchased a membership with any form of Private Training Sessions you can now book your desired times on our Zen Planner portal.

If you have any issues with the schedule or need times not listed on the app please reach out to us!

Can I Put My Membership On Hold?

It is possible for you to put your account on hold. Read On…

  • Hold fees are $20 per week.
  • The “held” time is banked and added to the end of your membership as free time. Example: If you hold your membership for 3 weeks, you’d pay the hold fees and  then you’d get 3 extra weeks added to the end of your membership.
  • Holds are only granted in weekly increments.
  • Regularly scheduled payments due while the account is on hold are still due and will be collected (as outlined by the members contract).
  • No holds will be backdated.
  • Hold requests must be emailed to management in advance of hold time.
  • An account hold does not pause the term of the contract, we are simply adding a bonus amount of time to the end of your contract term for a small fee.
  • There is no refund on payments made while an account is on hold.
  • No refunds on unused holds. (You can come back early, but the hold fee will not be refunded.)
  • If a Hold request is made in the last 30 days of a membership, the banked time will be applied to the next membership (your renewal). If you are not renewing, no hold will be granted in the last 30 days of membership.
  • If someone defaults or terminates their contract early, all holds from that term will be nullified, and any banked time accumulated due to holds will be forfeited along with the hold fees.
  • Defaulting in payment at anytime will cancel any banked held time.

 

Is There A Private Online Community For Members?

There are 2 kinds of groups. Communication and Community.

Communication: We use an app called Signal to keep you in the loop with important announcements (such as schedule changes etc). It’s a one way communication tool so there is no “social” aspect to this channel. You simply download the app, join via our link, and you get alerted when there is an important message from us. To get set up on our private 604 Signal Channel follow these 2 steps:

Avoid using emojis on Signal if you want your contact details to remain hidden from other members.

Community: We recognize that fitness is VERY social… So, we have created a another Signal channel so that members and coaches can communicate with each other. Make plans, organize outings, create other common interest groups and all sorts of fun things. To be a part of this channel simply continue on with step 3 below after you have completed steps 1 and 2 above.

3. Join our private Signal Social Group

***Member specific messages like receipts etc will be emailed only. Make sure you are subscibed at all times.

What Is The 604 Reservation Policy?

We allow reservations 46 hours in advance of a class start time, and you can cancel as long as you do it before the cancellation cut off. All classes have a 2 hour cutoff except morning classes before 9:00am which have an 9 hour cutoff. See No-Show Policy further down this page.

***Private training clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule

 It is not permitted to sit on multiple reservations in the same day.

What Is The 604 No-Show Policy?

What Is A No-Show?

– Making a reservation for a class and not showing up

– Showing up too late for class to be granted access (10 minutes late is our cutoff for joining a class. If you missed the warm up, you are not permitted to enter that class)

– Being added to a class from a waitlist and then not showing up (The responsibility falls on you to remove yourself from a waitlist if you can no longer attend).

– Using a “Late Cancel” shortcut on your device or the app to remove yourself from class past the cuttoff.

 

When Does A No-Show Matter?

No-Show’s only matter if a class is sold out.

 

What Is The Penalty For A  No-Show?

If a class is sold out and you are considered a no-show (see “What is a no-show” above), you will be billed the Drop In rate for wasting the spot.

 

Are There Exceptions To The No-Show Policy?

If you were notified of being added from the waitlist AFTER the cancellation window had passed, you can forward that notification to us (proving you weren’t given proper notice) to excuse you from the No Show penalty.

Other than that, there are no exceptions.

 

What Can I Do If I Missed The Cut-off For Cancelling?

Please don’t call, text, email or message us for this. Don’t ask a coach in person. Whatever your reason may be, there is no longer enough notice to give the spot to the next person on the waitlist. It is your spot.

 

Can I give my class spot away to someone else?

No, as this defeats the purpose of our waitlist.

I dropped into this box in February, 2024. I travel a lot and have visited over 25 Crossfit gyms. This is one of the very best. The space is great. The coaching is top notch. The equipment is high end and in great condition. There were over 20 people in the class, but we all had plenty of space, a lot of good energy, etc.

Through out my life, I’ve consistently gone to the gym – from Fitness Worlds to group classes, kickboxing, and functional fitness studios. I've been part of the CF604 community for just over two years and have loved it. The space is large, well maintained and well equipped, the coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and attentive, and the community is FANTASTIC. I've worked out at a number of crossfit gyms in Vancouver and there is a reason I've been loyal to CF604 since my first class. I'm in the best shape of my life and a large part of that is how easy this gym makes it to get up and go to a workout even on the days you don't feel like it because you know you are going to get a great workout and a great time with great people.
