What Is The 604 Reservation Policy?
  • You can make reservations up to a week in advance of a class start time (less 2 hours). This ensures that you can book the same class that happens a week later while not having to book it during the class you are currently taking.
  • Cancellations are allowed up to the cut-off time, which is 2 hours before class for all sessions with the following exceptions:
Morning classes (before 9:00 AM) have a 9-hour cancellation cut-off. Remember this: "Nine before nine!"
  • Late cancellations for classes are not allowed. Once the cut off has passed, it is YOUR CLASS and you are subject to our reservation policies. (Be sure to review the waitlist policy as this is relevant)
  • Private training & Onramp clients must provide 24 hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • If you are added to a class from the waitlist, it is yours! If you do not plan to attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. Cancellations can occur close to the cut-off time, and you will be responsible for the reservation if you are added to the class from the waitlist.
  • Multiple Reservations: It’s not permitted to hold multiple reservations for the same day. If we someone has booked multiple classes, we’ll remove them from all classes that day.

You are considered a no-show if:

  • You don’t show up for a class you reserved.

When Does A No-Show Matter?
  • Members: No-show fees apply only to sold-out classes.
