Alternate 3×250-300m Row with partner. Work on your own mobility issues between sets.
WOD A) 3-Position Snatch (Hi to Low): Spend 20 mins working through 6-7 sets. Do not max out or worry about necessarily increasing the load each set, focus on getting good sets in with solid mechanics.
WOD B) 3 sets:
1) Snatch Balance x 1 rep: 100%+ of 1RM Snatch
2) Snatch Pull w/3 second pause above knee x 3 reps: 90%+ of 1RM Snatch
*Alternate exercises and rest as needed
