Overhead banded stretch (60 secs each arm)
Foam Roll T-Spine/Lats (2-3 mins)
Pigeon stretch using box (90 secs each side)
WOD A)
7X1 3 Position Snatch (low to high –ground, below knee, above knee) – heaviest possible, rest 60-90 secs
WOD B)
a) 4×5 Snatch High Pulls
b) 4×3 Snatch Balance
Complete set one of a) then rest 60 seconds and complete set one of b). Repeat for all sets.
