This is one-on-one coaching that connects the dots between how you eat, sleep, recover, and hydrate, and how all of that shows up in your training. No generic plans. No cookie-cutter protocols. Your coach works with you across four key areas to close the gap between how hard you train and the results you see.

Nutrition
We’ll dial in what actually fuels your performance, not a meal plan you’ll abandon in two weeks. Your coach builds a nutrition approach around your training demands, your schedule, and how you actually eat. We look at how your macros support your goals, whether your post-workout nutrition is doing its job, and how to build meals that keep you fuelled without overcomplicating your life. The goal is precision without restriction.

Hydration
Most people training at your level are chronically under-hydrated and don’t realize what it’s costing them. Dehydration masks itself as fatigue, hunger, and poor performance. Your coach helps you build simple, repeatable hydration habits matched to your body weight and training volume so you stop leaving performance on the table.

Sleep
Sleep is where the work you put in at the gym actually becomes results. Growth hormone, tissue repair, and cognitive recovery all peak during deep sleep. Your coach helps you improve both the quality and consistency of your sleep, from your environment to your bedtime routine, so you recover faster, train harder, and stop running on less than you need.

Recovery
Recovery is more than foam rolling after a WOD. It’s active recovery days, stress management, time outdoors, and knowing when to push and when to pull back. Your coach helps you build a recovery practice that accounts for your job, your stress levels, and your training load so your body is actually ready for the next session.
