The survey results are in. Thank you so much for helping us shape our business and community!

There was a lot that we learned from our survey. As you can expect, we will be making the changes to reflect the results of what we learned from it. Thank again for participating. Some of these changes will unfold in the coming weeks/months, while some will be effective immediately. Please review the changes below and keep an ear open for more changes to come.

Software/Apps - One of the biggest challenges we have had in the last year has been our business software. It has painted us into so many corners, and after reading the survey results, it confirmed what we knew needed to be done... Effective Jan 2 2026, we are changing back to 1 single app system as the 2 app system has been a failure on many levels. We will return to Zen Planner. See below for important details regarding Zen Planner.

Hyrox - While there is enthusiasm for Hyrox, our general population is not in favour of giving up any Strength and Conditioning days to accommodate additional Hyrox sessions. A such, we will move forward in looking for ways to add more Hyrox times without sacrificing any of our traditional Strength and Conditioning classes. 

Programming - The programming feedback in general has been very useful in helping us understand what YOU want. We will be implementing some changes that will be well received by a great mass of you in the coming weeks.

 

Zen Planner Details You Need To Know NOW:

 

Effective Jan 2 2026:

1. Late Cancel will no longer be an option. After a cutoff, the class is yours. The rest of our late cancel / no show policy remains the same.

2. Booking windows will be adjusted to reflect what people wanted in the survey - 7 days (less 2 hours) prior to a class start time. This means that at 9am on Saturday, you will be able to book the 7am for the following saturday.

3. Since Zen Planner has a built in Work Out Tracking system, we will no longer be using WODup. ALL of your previous data in Zen Planner is still there. We will also go back to the Faceboard and all other great features that we lost when we left Zen Planner. WodUP and Momence will be kept active for a while to allow for data retrieval.

4. Referral rewards will remain as they currently are but we are doing away with referral links and going back to the Referral Box on the sign up form. We have made enhancements to the registration process to ensure people do not overlook the referral status. View the changes here

5. Hold requests will now be centralized and submitted from our website here

**Saturday Dec 20th and Sunday Dec 21st is Hyrox Vancouver. We have most of our coaches racing that weekend (along with so many members)! Spectators are welcome to buy tickets. If you are thinking about going to watch, ask in our community group when the best day / time is to hang with the 604 crew!
